Our owner and founder Nick Miscione was born in Hamilton, Ontario in 1967 of newly immigrated parents, Archie and Nella Miscione. Growing up Italian, Nick began learning the trade at a very young age, working alongside his father and gaining hands-on experience in everything from tiling to landscaping. After studying architectural design at Mohawk College, he went on to work as a bricklayer, landscaper, and tiler, honing his skills with a strong foundation in craftsmanship.

Following the 1992 recession, he took a position at National Steel Car as an inspector and quality control specialist — but his heart never left the world of building. In 1999, he returned to his true passion and began building homes as a sole proprietor. Just a few years later, in 2002, he officially founded Miscione Homes.

Since then, we’ve specialized in crafting custom and spec homes, as well as completing high-quality renovations and additions. Built on family values, hard work, and over two decades of experience, Miscione Homes continues to grow with the same dedication that started it all — one home at a time.
